This lovely picture above is a visualisation of the website Digg, done by Drivl.com, anyway, it got me thinking.
What would a visualisation of this site look like?
I mean, would it be considered “human”, and look like me? Or would the website creature be an amorphous blob like Digg, and pick up on a characteristic of this website. What about other websites like Han‘s (who’s link to Drivl.com inspired this post), Guy‘s, Celeste‘s, Ryan‘s or Paddy‘s? What about bigger websites like Flickr and/or Youtube?
So, this got me an idea.
Visualise a website, and draw it. It can be as crap or as detailed as you want. Take a photo of it and email it to me, and I’ll post them up this time next week. Also, I’ll post a few of mine up. I can’t draw, so they don’t have to be good. Just little visualizations of websites you like. You’ll also get a nice little plug from me too.
So, what you waiting for? Get drawing!

What a good idea! Only thing..I have to make mine of a website I hate, simply because I find it easier to take the piss and because I would have performance anxiety trying to draw blogs I like
