They say that those who do amazing things don’t blog, whereas those who lead mundane lives do.

If that’s the case, I’ve led the world’s most average life in 2007. Blogging almost every day has not been easy, but I have generally managed it. You may have noticed a change in focus recently too, from talking about general life goings on to Wii stuff. Suprisingly, it’s not because the Wii is excellent, truth be told - for the past few months I haven’t been busy. Just work, and Wii.

However, effective immediately, this blog will become more infrequent. I’ve got a big pile of stuff lined up: some of which I will tell you in due cause, other stuff I may not share with you people. This is a good thing, for two reasons.

For the first time in 2 months, I’ve got things to look forward to. This isn’t just “Football on Saturday” or “night on the piss”. This is more long term things to look forward to, one of which is the trip to Portugal, which should be ace. There’s another thing which has come through within the last 24 hours, it’s a little different, but it should be brilliant nonetheless. I’m not going to tell you just yet (I’m going to link it in with Friday’s post), but if you’re my friend at facebook, I gave a bit of a clue on there. Either way, it should become public knowledge on Friday.

The other thing is, well, I’m getting a bit tired of blogging. Temporarily tired, you understand. I’m in a lull at the moment, and really struggle to leave comments on other people’s blogs. I am beginning to feel strained doing stuff online throughout the day, then writing a post online too. Once every couple days is fine, once every day, it’s hard. My eyes and neck are beginning to hurt, which is making me think “that’s enough, step away Rhys”.

Tomorrow night, I’ve got a hell of a lot planned which will be miles away from here, which is why I’m writing this entry, as there won’t be one tomorrow. I’m going to extend the break to Friday. I’ll be around and all, not going to disappear, just be…detatched.

I have no knowledge of UK sports, so I can’t assume anything there. Instead, I’ll pretend that you’ve been drafted into international espionage and must take flight in pursuit of some stolen jewels. How lucky for you, Mr. Rhys the Spy, that you can use sports events as a cover up! You must be going to Portugal for spy training too; I’ve seen the training bases on Google Maps, I swear.

Nothing you say can make me think different. ;)
