I *think* that they check up for form letters. Individual letters is what you want - and then someone from the Knighthood Department gets in touch with the writers and asks them a few more questions. And then, as they say, Bob’s Your Uncle.

The trick is to not let the Buxom Wenches watch you joust with anyone else ;).
