November is a really rubbish month, isn’t it?
I’ve completely lost all sense of blogging mojo, what with my PC problems and server problems (to give you the jist of it, I’m moving servers again soon - but I am not sure if there’s actually a problem, are people having problems commenting? Could you email me at rhysieboy84@gmail.com if you are? Thanks.), coupled that with the fact that I’ve got the dentist today, means I’m not exactly a happy bunny at the moment.
I think I’m getting that SAD thing that people get. I never was a summer person growing up, but have become one now. Sure, I’m not going to throw myself off the end of the pier, just feeling kinda down.
Anybody else get it? How do you get over it? Short of moving to Australia for 6 months in a year, I guess :).
Mojo will come back shortly no doubt, I feel if I move servers, I’ll be a lot more with it. Got plenty of ideas, and there’s something quite nice coming for all you readers, just need the new server and something to arrive before I divulge it!

I have not had any problems commenting.
Sorry you’re having a crappy month. I just came out of a semi funk a few days ago and, judging by my comments, a lot of others were too.
I took a few days off and went deer hunting. It did wonders for me, give it a try
Can’t waight to see the surprise
I get seasonal defective disorder. It just goes away after a while… maybe try listening to happy music like the spinto band or going bowling or something
although I do have problems with questions, your anti-spam one is pretty easy, so I have had no problems commenting… numerous times
Yo! Hmm, I like the idea of music. Get lots of summer songs to hum along to (We’re going to Ibiza - Vengaboys, or that sort of thing!). Should perk you right back up!
Oh, by the way, from uni the comments are reasonably quick (like 1-2 seconds). Much faster than from home. Very odd
The comments seem to be working fine over here too.
I wish you the best at kicking the funk you’re in right now. Hang in there, things will get better!
Yeah, I hate those down times. Not to worry dude, they’ll pass soon enough. Keep pushing through it and you’ll be right as rain in no time.
Best of luck!
I’m off to web 2.0 my blog.
By moving servers do you mean *just* moving servers, or moving host? With the amount of trouble you’ve been having I would move bloody hosts!
If you think you’re genuinely suffering from SAD, and not just feeling a bit crap in general (there’s a difference) you might want to read Karl’s SAD page. He suffers quite badly this time of year.
Could always try, i don’t know, go to Morocco…
You know, i just moved over to a new server (well, all my sites except my main blog) and I think the new found speed has rejuvenated me. That and Guitar Hero 3 anyway. Just take a breather, do something relaxing - And we’ll talk to ya in a few!
It sounds like your having a rough month. It will surely get better as there is only one way to go and that is up.
I get that SAD thing as well. The thing is that I have it all the year but you just have to swallow it (? :P) and do fun stuff! Or something
Dude… even in Australia it’s not all amazing all the time.
Still having a blast but the whole grass is greener on the other side thing might be coming into play!! Doesnt help having to work to earn money. Beer really should be free ffs!
