I second the multi-storey car park, or a steep hill. It really helps and especially when you pull up to junctions on an incline it'll help prevent roll back. I was really bad at that but then my instructor got me to hold it on a bitch of a hill and I had no problems after that. That stupid 10-2 hand position..I learnt it religiously but as soon as I got behind the wheel as a legal driver I somehow adopted the one handed boy racer position. Not great when you drive a clio.
