That sounds like a great trip. Personally, I love hostels. I’d rather stay in one of those than a hotel any day. That one in Boston didn’t sound too hot though…

Obviously New York is one of the costliest city in the world. I wish I could be there one day…. But that will need a lot of money.

Ther was so much I missed on my write up, little things, like watching US TV and seeing adverts for blue – ahem – marital aid pills. That freaked me out a little bit. Their adverts aren’t as high quality as ours though

The song that reminds me of this holiday is actually quite an odd one. The US national anthem. Obvious I know but standing in the baseball stadium with 50,000 New Yorkers belting out Star Spangled Banner did send shivers up my spine.

There wasn’t that much music played there, certainly in Bars. More talking and watching sports.
