SUYes, the luck you sent me didn’t do any good, as I failed my first driving test.
Basically, I wanted to keep a secret from as many people as possible, as it’d put me under pressure. Lord knows I was under enough. I think nerves got me in the end.
I had 14 minors (which is just enough to pass), but I got two minors. The first was pulling out in front of a bus, and the second was stalling going up a hill.
So all in all, I really don’t have anything to complain about.
Strange thing is now is that – well – I feel okay. Yes I know I’ll have to go to Rhyl, and yes I know it’s more expense, but I’ve survived 24 years of not driving, as long as I keep at it, it will come. Yes, Melissa may pass her test before me, but fuck it, it’s a marathon, not a sprint.
That, and I may have bought an Xbox 360. Score.

took me till my 3rd attempt, i rushed into my first test and wasnt ready at all. glad i failed to behonest – better because of it!

I don’t know many people who actually passed their test first time, if that’s any consolation.
I passed my driving test at 16 but I think the cop that gave me the test (cops give us the test here) wasn’t in the mood to give me a test and wanted to get it over with as fast as possible. It was super easy, all I had to do was drive a block down the road, back up in a straight line and do a three-point turn.

Unlucky dude. I passed my test first time even though to this day I can’t reverse to save my life. You’ll crack it next time.
It took me 3 times to pass my driving test so I wouldn’t worry about it. It gets easier each time.

I wouldn’t be too sure about that one. Although I *need* to pass by February for work.
Anyways, like I said before all the best drivers fail first time and learn from their mistakes.
