I loved the Krypton Factor when it was first around, I'd forgotten that it was back. Must remember to record them in future on my V+. I'd love to see Knightmare, Gamesmaster & The Crystal Maze all back on TV...especially The Crystal Maze. When I was younger I never missed it, I even did the version of it in Blackpool and got freaked out by a huge spider in one of the areas so didn't complete it! Gutted! I have lost some since NY but want to lose some more. So, we can be weight-buddies :P. Do not just eat smaller suppers, eat more vegetables too. Fill half the plate with salad and stuff like that.
