Allow me to sing this from the rooftops. On today, one day before Valentine’s day – let me declare my true love.

Very simply, it’s like a collaborative itunes/Windows Media Player. Instead of having endless MP3′s on your PC, you think of a song you like, search for it, and add it to your playlist.
You then listen to it. It’s broken up by adverts (very rarely), and then it’s back to the music. You can also integrate it with your track listing on Last.fm (here’s my last.fm profile). My embarassing music taste can be seen by the world
I love this programme. I will go so far as to say it has rediscovered my love of music. It’s not perfect – some artists are not there (for contractual or just not there), and occassionally there are some problems with listening to certain radio stations (THIS came on the Muse Radio station!??!), but I would recommend it immensely. And no, I’m not being paid to say this.
In other news, today is 1234567890 day – which means that it’s been 1,234,567,890 seconds since 1st January 1970 (when Unix systems work out dates from). I’ll be getting pissed – show your support here.
And yes, Happy Valentine’s Day everybody for tomorrow. Despite my best effort, I’m still single on this day, so I’m spending it with a potential banana skin – England vs. Wales in the rugby. DEWCH YMLAEN CYMRU!
How are you spending your weekend?

I haven’t really understood Spotify yet, but I should give it a try. Some day.
. Have a nice weekend! xxoo
Happy Valentine’s day to you too! Or ‘Grattis på Alla hjärtans dag’ (Congratulations on every hearts day) as we say in Sweden =). Tonight it will be a huge party so I will spend tomorrow with a big hangover and some laundry
Looks interesting – but naturally, thanks to our good friends at the RIAA, we can’t get it here in the States. Such is life…
What an awesome find – I thought, oh here we go, another slightly annoying fad like twitter which is more fashion that content, but I thought I’d give Spotify a go. It’s incredible – I’ve been listening to a nice mix of old/obscure singer songwritery stuff all just there in a split second. I’m guessing it’ll be one of those wonderful things until it becomes so popular that the record labels decide they need to up their requests for advertising revenue and it changes from once in a blue moon to after every song.
Anyway, yes, thanks for saying about this, it is superb! Oh, and nice to get one over the enemy in the rugby yesterday
Welsh victories in the rugby heartland down here in Bath is always sweet!
